Originating from the Navarre region, the Arróniz olive variety is grown and pressed at the "Artajo" estate to preserve its authentic and intense character.

Taste notes:

Intense fruitiness intertwines with truffle and liquorice notes, complemented by herbaceous hints of artichoke and wild thistle. The taste reveals a medium bitterness and a late-developing intense pungency, giving the oil a deep and complex character.
